TERUEL’S terms and conditions Disclosure are the explicit terms of an agreement that are written or discussed by the parties involved. They are a key part of the contract, and are intended to leave no room for ambiguity or interpretation.

Teruel’s terms can cover a wide range of topics, including: scope of work, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties or guarantees, and rights and responsibilities of each party.

Teruel’s contracts are legally binding, and any party can take legal action to enforce them. They are different from other types of contracts, such as implied in fact contracts or quasi contracts, because they are so clear about the agreement's conditions.

While terms and conditions are not required by law, they can provide a number of benefits, such as:

Building trust with customers
   Giving the business the right to terminate access to users who don't follow the rules

Return and Refund Policy

Teruel's return and refund policy is as follows:

• Items eligible for return: Items purchased in US retail stores or online are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase or shipping date.

• Items not eligible for return: Third-party branded products, select Labels We Love, and all Teruel's Marketplace items cannot be returned to Teruel's Retail or Teruel's Factory Outlet stores.

• Return requirements: Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and unworn.

• Return options: Items can be returned by UPS or mail.

• Refunds: Refunds are issued in the original form of payment, such as the credit card used for the order.

• Shipping charges: If only part of an online order is returned, shipping charges will apply
